Job Description

Key Responsibilities: o Lead the programming function and act as a single point of contact for client portfolios o Closely work with business unit leadership and project teams to establish programming strategy, timelines, and resourcing of statistical programming and analysis deliverables o Contribute functional level initiatives, develop, and retain top talents in the teams and suitably provide career development plans o Support new business by participating in early project bids and client presentations as appropriate o Monitor project status, budget expenditures, resourcing, identifies problems and recommends solutions o Identify and track the project\'s critical path - identify risks, formulate, and monitor corrective courses of action o Ensure quality Support new business by participating in early project bids and client presentations as appropriate o and delivery to drug projects across all delivery models (in-house, FSP etc.) o Lead and develop a group of programmers within one or more projects and provide strategic input and leadership to the delivery of all technical programming and information components of a project o Develop and review programming plan for statistical outputs supporting clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and publications o Perform statistical programming hands-on, as required o Promote new business by participating in project bids and client presentations as appropriate o Support or assist in audit specific requirements for internal or external audits o Motivate and inspire team members o Plan and train junior team members.
