Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



QP Development & Approval



Lead the end-to-end development, validation, and submission of Qualification Packs (QPs) and National Occupational Standards (NOS) in alignment with NSQF guidelines and evolving industry requirements. Liaise with industry stakeholders, subject matter experts, the Line Ministry, NCVET, and other regulatory bodies for timely QP approvals. Oversee compliance documentation and submission to NSQC.

Content Development



Drive the creation of high-quality training content including participant handbooks, facilitator guides, and digital learning modules.

Team Leadership & Coordination



Mentor and manage the Standards & QA team, ensuring clear allocation of responsibilities and timely execution of deliverables.

Stakeholder Engagement



Collaborate closely with industry bodies, academic partners, vendors, and government agencies. Represent LSC in national skill development forums and working groups.

Reporting & Documentation



Ensure thorough documentation and data management of standards-related activities. Provide accurate and timely reports to internal leadership and external partners such as NSDC, NCVET, and MSDE.

Revenue Generation & Business Development



Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to standards and quality services. Build strategic partnerships, develop proposals, and support contract negotiations to meet revenue targets.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required:



Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in content development, logistics, supply chain, education, or related domains

In-depth understanding of NSQF, QP/NOS frameworks, and the national skilling ecosystem Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent leadership and business development acumen

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
