About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional with expertise in digital media, sports business, and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling digital ad inventory, sponsorships, content monetization, and branded campaigns, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth across B2B and B2C segments. This role is critical in scaling CricTracker's revenue streams through strategic partnerships and innovative sales approaches.



Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through branded content deals, sponsorships, digital advertising, ad inventory sales, and strategic B2B partnerships.

Identify, pitch, and secure clients, including corporate brands, media agencies, and sponsors. Build and nurture long-term relationships with advertisers, sponsors, and business partners. Develop and implement sales strategies while exploring new revenue streams and emerging markets. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, proposal creation, pitching, negotiation, to closure. Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful B2B and B2C marketing and sales campaigns. (Optional/Additional) Handle athlete-related sponsorship opportunities that align with CricTracker ecosystem.


Marketing & Strategy (B2B, B2C)

Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting consumers (B2C) and business partners (B2B). Enhance brand visibility of CricTracker across digital platforms, PR outlets, and media channels. Increase audience engagement through social media, influencer marketing, and community-driven strategies. Work with content teams to develop customized solutions for advertisers and sponsors.


Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C business models with proven success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing high-value stakeholders. Strong network within media agencies, sports brands, and advertisers. Ability to create and present tailored proposals and sales decks. Data-driven approach to measure campaign ROI and effectiveness. Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and exceeding targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales analytics software.


KPIs & Expectations

Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets. Minimum client pitches and closures per month. Growth in brand partnerships and repeat business. Expansion into new categories of advertisers and sponsors.


Industry Expertise

In-depth understanding of digital media, sports business ecosystem, brand partnerships, and content monetization. Hands-on experience in selling digital ad inventory, programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and branded content.
