Not a perfect fit?

Role purpose:

The SOX Cloud Compliance Expert is responsible for making sure the SOX Cloud compliance requirements are fulfilled as well as for ensuring the technical and tool support from the VCI side during the audit and in-between audits. Focus will be on UAM controls, but all other VCI SOX relevant controls are in scope as well

Ensures policies, standards, and control processes for fulfilling with the external regulations, internal audit and SOX requirements are met. Acts as main point of contact during audits (internal audits, external audits, ISO, Security audits etc.) for security on cloud.

Responsible to coordinate VCI compliance activities with security departments, Vodafone entities and VCI internal departments. The role is in charge with the Cloud UAM enablement of the new SOX relevant services and technologies used within VCI.

The SOX Cloud Compliance Expert\'s main responsibilities are:

supporting the senior management in defining the control objectives

implementation of controls across VCI environment,

execution of SOX controls

Main responsibilities and decisional competences:

Ensures the Cloud policies, standards, and control processes for fulfilling with the external regulations, internal audit and SOX requirements are in place.

Responsible for the cloud SOX process, including designing, documenting, running and implementing the cloud controls & connected processes (for any existing or new IT service/project);

Tests and monitors the SOX controls for the cloud and executes the permanent review control on cloud

Coordinates the internal and external audits and supervises the team during the controls; ensures the efficient remediation of deficiencies identified by the auditors; implements controls and new activities as required by the auditors

Provides work instructions for the access management for end users and operational team

Responsible with the continuous improvement of the processes and SOX controls to obtain simple, efficient and error free processes

Provide guidance to operational, governance, product teams, etc. in taking the appropriate action according to the SOX audit requirements, acting as a point of contact for operational problem escalations

Builds cloud SOX related documentation and access templates for new services together with service/product owners

Responsible with the continuous improvement of the Cloud SOX processes and SOX controls to obtain simple, efficient and error free processes
