Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead software development projects and contribute to the growth of the business through technical leadership and pre-sales support. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in mobile and web application development, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to engage with clients to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project & Delivery Management:

Oversee end-to-end delivery of mobile apps, web applications, and custom software projects. Define project scopes, schedules, deliverables, and budgets in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Manage Agile/Scrum processes, utilizing tools like Jira for sprint planning, task tracking, and resource allocation. Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards and client satisfaction as key goals.

2. Team & Resource Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers. Set team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster continuous skill development. Maintain a collaborative, high-performance work culture and optimize team productivity.

3. Technology & Process Optimization:

Stay current with evolving tech stacks, tools, and frameworks across mobile (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native), web (React.js, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Python), and emerging AI technologies (machine learning frameworks, LLM integration, generative AI tools, AI-powered analytics). Explore opportunities to integrate AI-driven features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and automation into digital products. Drive adoption of best practices in development, security, performance, DevOps, and responsible AI use. Recommend and implement improvements in development processes, workflows, and technology stacks to increase efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

4. Pre-Sales & Business Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales and business development teams during the pre-sales phase to provide technical insights, effort estimations, and solution strategies. Participate in client meetings to understand business requirements and align solutions accordingly. Prepare and present technical proposals, project roadmaps, and proof of concepts (PoCs) to support business pitches. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Client Communication & Reporting:

Act as the primary technical point of contact for key clients during project execution. Provide clear and timely status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. Deliver post-launch support and contribute to client retention and satisfaction efforts.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software development, IT services, or consulting, with a strong understanding of project delivery and lifecycle management. Proven expertise in mobile app development (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native) and modern web technologies (React.js, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Python). Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in tools like Jira. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and grow cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience delivering complex applications across multiple platforms. Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
