Job Summary

As an Effectiveness Manager, the candidate is required to have a sound understanding of ITSM Service Management and reportable measurability. There are responsibilities impacting governance, audit reviews, data quality, budgeting, and reporting so this role will act as champion of continuous improvement of data quality, continuity planning, risk, and apply and understand the policies as a framework to report and review services and performance to guide areas within Digital Operations and prioritize required updates, reporting and ad hoc project remediation and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance through the establishment and management of strategic critical metrics
  • Tracks and records tool fulfillment lifecycle for cultural transformation; improve team dynamics and networks; and effective leadership and matrix behaviors
  • Align the Digital Operations leadership team around the accurate measurements for IT organization performance and report on those measurements regularly
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter authorities for the purpose of conducting and evaluating audit result content, materials, evidence, govern audit and issue updates and scheduling.
  • Participate as an active member of appropriate championing groups in I&C for Risk, BCP, ITDR, and programs.
  • Lead and govern the divisional details for Isolation Test planning, BCP and other tests controls to ensure actions are fulfilled, supervised and focus is maintained within testing timelines.
  • Responsible for oversight and governance of key resilience requirements for applications within Digital Operations and address technical debt across Digital Operations to successors and predeceasing tools.
Experience and skills:
  • Existing skills in using ServiceNow ITSM system and the ability to quickly learn altering versions
  • Coordination and compilation of the annual operating budget and contracts
  • Strong verbal, writing, grammatical, and editing capabilities for creation and approval of governed documentation
  • Passionate about improving service for internal customers.
  • Able to remain calm during high-pressure situations and balance risk with business requirements.
  • Proactive, focused, and resilient, with a positive demeanor.
  • Good negotiation / influencing skills able to overcome resistance and reach consensus and compromise to attain the required objective.
  • Keen problem-solver and decision-making capabilities and Excellent delivery-focused/results-orientated approach.
  • Good data manipulation skills \xe2\x80\x93 highly proficient in the MS Office suite of products.
Education And Experience Required
  • ITIL Foundation certificate as minimum.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience in an IT related subject area expert preferred.
