Security of the Farm Site Its Assets (Movable & immovable) All personnel whilst they are inside the premises. Visitor Entry Management (Daily / Contractual / Casual / VIP or any other category) Dog Squad Management Coordinating Relief plan of Security Guards with the Outsourced Security Vendor Supervisor Ratification of the Attendance sent by the Vendor to HQ for release of Salary payments of Security Personnel

Devise a Comprehensive Security Plan, to cover all aspects of + Unauthorized Ingress prevention,
+ Pilferage,
+ Attendance of Staff, Outsourced Security Staff, Others
+ Integrity of Perimeter Fence
+ Rostering of Security Staff
+ Assess and deploy gunmen as per daily requirement fluctuations
+ Manage the Dog Squad, along with the Administrative aspects of the Dog Master, Dog Handler and all Dogs. This will include a plan to set duties for Dogs for security purposes.
Will Operationalize the Security Plan under his own supervision Carry out regular day and night checks for Security related matters. Carry out Training of Local Staff on best usage of Walkie Talkie sets - to include Radio Telephony Procedure (RT Procedure). * Tender regular Security updates to GM Security.
