The Role Responsibilities Job Role The SCM ER (Engagement Request) Client Services role will be accountable for supporting stakeholders in the identification of accurate sourcing risk ensuring stakeholders are directed to the most appropriate process for their sourcing needs enabling the appropriate engagement of SCM The ER Client Services role will also work closely with the Global Process Lead for Third Party Risk Management to ensure that the appropriate processes are adhered to and any efficiencies or process improvements can be reviewed and where appropriate implemented. Stakeholder Management Liaise with stakeholders to determine sourcing requirements and risk profile for the engagement. Liaise with appropriate Risk Groups and Risk Governance teams to ensure accuracy of risk identification. Liaise with SCM leads to identify existing arrangements for utilisation. Risk Identification Understands the Banks sourcing categories and associated risks across all Risk Groups and Risk Governance teams to enable accurate risk identification. Understands the Banks risk framework and is able to operate in a compliance driven environment. Is able to understand and mandate, where appropriate, Third Party Risk Management Policy and Standards and other relevant Bank policies. Conducts Inherent Risk Validation and Risk Assessment in Ariba Risk to determine engagement risks to be managed. Strategy Customer service measurables. Business Lead stakeholders to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\'s Conduct Principles. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Processes Effective presentation and communication skills. Key Stakeholders Liquidity Change Team, Liquidity Engineering Team, Zeus (Group Function) Team, Enterprise Technology Our Ideal Candidate UG / PG with 7 - 12 years experience in TPRM / SCM Proficient in Unix and Windows systems and fluency in automate script using Terraform Functional experience in Banking domain Experience in analytical, design, programming, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Knowledge in Data Centre infrastructure security, network, access control management Should have hands-on experience in implementing DevOps tools and techniques, Implemented CD (Continuous Development) and CI (Continuous Integration) using automation tools like GIT, Bitbucket/Stash, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform Extensive experience in the overall design and implementation of a scalable and highly available architecture through automation and DevOps tools. Advanced understanding of multi-tier application architecture, development and deployment. Experience in Banking Solutions, architecture-based business applications. Exposure to application migration projects on-prem to Cloud environments.
