Responsibilities * Leading a team of analysts to deliver data-driven insights and solutions

• Developing and implementing SAS and SQL based analytics projects
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic recommendations
• Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their technical and analytical skills
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements * Minimum 6 years of experience in analytics, with expertise in SAS and SQL

• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex analytics projects
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
