Role Purpose:
The Senior Manager will be part of the Global Sales Strategy & Insights (SS&I) team, reporting into the Sales Talent and Engagement leader. This role will act as a senior manager on the team, responsible for Sales Communications and internal processes and budgets. They will liaise with the global Marketing and Finance functions to further SS&I priorities and will play a critical role in the planning an execution of the company's global sales kickoff. Additional responsibilities include budgetary management and directing internal meetings, such as the SS&I all-hands.
The ideal candidate has direct experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales operations functions. They are a balance of strategic thinking and hands on execution and are able to accomplish great things through influence.
Preferred locations: Bengaluru (Bangalore), Noida - open to others in proximity to NTT DATA locations
