To lead and manage the Retail Sales Operations across all verticals -- Pharmacy, Diagnostics, Optical, and Audiology -- for QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd. The role demands strong leadership in multi-vertical business management, strategic sales growth, and team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and brand consistency across all outlets in Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Growth & Strategy
Drive sales and profitability across all retail verticals -- Pharmacy, Diagnostics, Optical, and Audiology.
Develop and execute state-level sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision.
Identify new business opportunities, expansion areas, and franchise potential.
Monitor market trends, competition activities, and customer needs to align business decisions.
2. Sales Operations Management
Set and review monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all divisions.
Track outlet-level performance through detailed MIS and drive sales effectiveness.
Ensure implementation of sales processes, billing systems, and operational SOPs uniformly across all retail outlets.
Oversee promotional activities, cross-selling, and customer loyalty programs.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Lead a team of Regional / Area Sales Managers, Store Managers, and Sales Executives.
Conduct periodic performance reviews, target discussions, and coaching sessions.
Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and excellence among sales teams.
Coordinate with Training & Development to implement skill enhancement programs for retail teams.
4. Business Coordination
Collaborate with the Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, HR, and Marketing teams for seamless retail operations.
Ensure product availability, pricing consistency, and brand display uniformity.
Support new store openings, franchise onboarding, and store-level operational readiness.
5. Financial & Business Reporting
Monitor revenue, margins, and expenses to ensure profitability at every outlet.
Prepare consolidated sales reports and present monthly performance reviews to management.
Forecast sales trends and contribute to budgeting and annual business planning.
6. Customer Experience & Compliance
Ensure all retail outlets adhere to QnQ Healthcare's quality and compliance standards.
Oversee audit processes and ensure compliance with statutory and healthcare regulations.
Drive superior customer service standards and address escalations effectively.
Required Competencies:
Proven experience in multi-vertical retail management (Pharmacy, Diagnostic, Optical, or Audiology).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning ability.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and Retail Reporting Tools.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy / Optometry / Science / Business Administration.
MBA / PG in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare Management preferred.
10-15 years of experience in Retail Sales Management, with multi-unit or state-level exposure.
Experience in managing cross-functional healthcare retail operations will be an added advantage.
