Senior Sales Manager
to lead our on-ground sales and contribute to the project's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for the residential project, from lead generation to closure.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage and motivate an internal sales team and coordinate with channel partners and brokers.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and provide property consultations tailored to customer needs.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to post-sales support.
Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy.
Maintain and update sales lead and client information.
Requirements:
Minimum 6+ years of proven experience
in residential real estate sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Highly
presentable and confident
, with a polished demeanor and professional attitude.
Female candidates

Local market knowledge of the Panchkula/Tricity area is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
