Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure effective sales governance.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts and ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction.
Act as escalation point for critical client issues or disputes.
Operational Collaboration
Work closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
Coordinate with global network partners and overseas offices for international routing and business

Market Intelligence & Reporting

What You Bring:

15+ years of experience with aleast 3 years in a leadership role
Willingness to travel extensively within region India.
