Job Summary:



The

Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing

is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement across all 20+ outlets. This role combines strong leadership, analytical thinking, and creativity to enhance brand positioning, maximize same-store sales, and ensure consistent marketing execution across all restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets across all outlets. Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market data to identify opportunities for growth. Lead and manage local store marketing (LSM) initiatives to increase footfall and customer retention. Collaborate with operations to design and execute outlet-level promotions, corporate tie-ups, and loyalty programs. Negotiate and manage partnerships with delivery aggregators, corporate clients, and brand collaborators.

Marketing & Brand Management



Develop and oversee brand marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, PR, and influencer marketing). Maintain consistent brand identity, communication, and visual standards across all outlets. Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and menu promotions. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-driven spending. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to guide strategic decision-making.

Performance Marketing



Drive customer acquisition and retention through digital channels and data-driven insights. Coordinate with creative and media agencies to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Team Leadership



Lead and mentor a team of sales, marketing, and digital professionals. Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability. Work cross-functionally with operations, HR, finance, and supply chain for aligned business goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



New customer acquisition and retention rate ROI on marketing campaigns Brand engagement and social media metrics Revenue contribution from partnerships and promotions Dine_in Trends - Sales and Quantity Tracking Channel wise - Sales & Performance in terms of ROI , Traction etc Conduct periodic review of the teams - all channels - DIne_in, HD , Call center Monitor performance of Call center & Drive Inbound sales Monitor Corporate sales and Bulk orders with customized offerings Draw plans for Customer engagement across all channels Drive Brand visiblity in the outlets Address Compliants of Customers across the channels and timely resolution Monitor channel wise profitablity Draw and Implement special initiatives during festival times

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management. 8-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the

F&B / QSR / hospitality industry

. Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-brand operations (20+ locations). Strong understanding of consumer behavior, restaurant marketing, and digital platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
