for Agri/Agri-commodity/food products, build distribution channels, develop export markets, manage key accounts, and establish the company's brand and revenue growth in a fast-growing start-up environment.
It's a full time and Initially "player- coach" position.
We are looking for an individual who views no task as "too small" during this build out phase.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales - Domestic & International
Develop and execute
sales strategies
for domestic and export markets.
Identify and onboard
including market identification, pricing, negotiations, contracts, and order execution.
Build strong relationships with
key domestic and international clients
.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual
revenue and volume targets
.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demand.
2. Market Development & Expansion
Identify new
geographical markets
(Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, etc.).
Participate in
international trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and exhibitions
.
3. Marketing & Brand Building
Develop and implement
marketing plans
aligned with sales goals.
Support branding initiatives, packaging positioning, and product launches.
Plan promotional activities for domestic and export markets.
Knowledge of digital marketing, trade marketing, and communication strategies.
