Key purpose of the job: The role is responsible for developing the marketing strategy for the region in coordination with the sales team in order to secure a competitive edge in the marketplace, implementing the sales strategy for the assigned region through leading a sales and sales support team and ensuring consistent and seamless customer experience within the region.
Strategic
Ensure formation and implementation of the branding strategy of the assigned projects in the Region in coordination with the Central Marketing Team in order to secure a competitive edge in the market place
Drive the development of new products and concepts and ensure that consumer insights are a key part of such decisions
Provide strategic inputs on communication mix, media selection, sales promotion and PR activities based on product segment and customer profile
Develop the regional strategy for sales and sales plan in line with the guidelines for the assigned brand/projects
Provide market intelligence and trends in the market to enable shaping future strategy as well as make modifications to existing sales strategy of various projects
Conceptualize & identify opportunities to create and implement customer delight, ensure a consistent level of service quality within the region
Provide inputs to Business Development for project acquisition deals in the region

Operational
Marketing Activities
Ensure effective implementation of Marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales within the region
Identify local media for marketing communication and provide inputs to the central Marketing team
Coordinate and support PR activities in the region under guidance of the Central PR team
Track competitor movements in the region and strategies for their properties so as to get strategic advantage and first mover advantage
Sales Planning and Management
Participate in preparation of detailed sales plans for the region and individual projects with the Sales Heads
Closely work with the sales team to plan lead generation together to achieve targets.
Ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions
Review inputs from Sales Heads to provide recommendations on pricing, discount guidelines, etc
Ensure productivity of the Sales team and provide necessary support in terms of training etc to enhance productivity
Develop relations with existing & new high value customers (E.g. Corporates, HNI Clients) to drive sales
Identify and develop relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of data related to the project sales and existing / potential customers and ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS
Manage the sales budget in the region to get maximum value
Customer Care
Manage the end to end customer life cycle from onboarding to pre-handover
Coordinate with other functions such as Engineering, Legal to address critical customer queries
Define SLA's for Customer Care staff and ensure their productivity
Drive loyalty sales and collections in the respective region

Internal: Regional Business Head, Head Marketing & Sales, Other Function Heads - Business Development, Regional Engineering, Project Heads, Corporate Marketing, Legal
External: Corporates, HNI Clients, Channel Partners, Property Consultants, Customers, local media
Education & Experience Requirement:
MBA Marketing/Sales
12-15 years of experience in marketing & sales roles and at least 5 years of experience in real estate
