We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Sales & Business Development (Digital Marketing) to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and build strategic partnerships. The role requires strong leadership, consultative selling expertise, and a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have successfully transitioned from a marketing role into sales, bringing hands-on delivery understanding to client solutioning and execution planning, with exposure to US, India, and APAC markets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition across digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, and Web solutions
Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure across US, India, and APAC regions
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Identify new markets, industries, and growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
Understand client requirements and draft, design, and present customized proposals offering tailored digital marketing solutions
Leverage prior hands-on marketing experience to align proposed solutions with delivery feasibility
Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures
Provide strategic inputs during pre-sales and delivery planning to ensure feasibility and performance alignment
Collaborate closely with internal delivery and marketing teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction
Mentor and manage sales and BD team members to improve performance and solution quality
Track sales pipelines, forecasts, and key performance metrics
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and agency delivery models
Proven expertise in consultative and solution-based selling
Experience handling clients across US, India, and APAC markets
Strong capability in proposal drafting, solution design, and pricing strategies
Ability to bridge sales commitments with delivery realities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications & Experience
8 to 12+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development, with prior hands-on experience in Digital Marketing before transitioning into sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Experience handling enterprise and high-value clients across multiple geographies
Ability to provide inputs into campaign planning, execution strategy, and delivery optimization
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
