Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned sales and marketing professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

3. Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to closure.

4. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals.

5. Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness.

Marketing:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

2. Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).

3. Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.

4. Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and messaging.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Leadership:

1. Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals.

2. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

3. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance team performance.

4. Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.

2. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.

5. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

6. Experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. MBA in Marketing or related field.

2. Experience in Construction or Building Material industry.

3. Certification in sales and marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
