Overview:
The main purpose of this new and critical position is to support accelerated volume growth and cost to serve optimization through:Support Business team to executionalize an optimal sales route system aligned to go to market strategy
Request routing to be completed through Strategic Routing team through workflow creation
Support the Sales Strategy team with the change for route design acceptance and implementation
Influence local business teams to execute according to design and adherence to strategic objective
Responsibilities:
Manage the projectAlign with Sales Strategy Leadership the detailed project for route design implementation
Support critical path activities
Scale up issues to ensure the implementation of the solution in time and form
Support Sales Strategy with execution status and performance reports
Build capability with local leadership
Manage the changeSupport the communication strategy to mitigate change impact
Perform as a Change Agent to deliver and implement solution
Understand risks and concerns to address them and mitigate resistance through Sales Strategy team
Support the Sales Strategy team to align with Sales, HR and other functional leaders that could be affected by the proposed change
Deliver and build change capability in Sales Strategy - GTM
Enable process hypercare plan
Qualifications:
Professional / bachelor's degree / MBA a plus
English: fluent professional.
Strong understanding of Go-to-Market and DSD route processes and activities
Previous Route Engineering or Modeling experience a plus.
Detailed understanding of PepsiCo's Supply Chain, the broader PepsiCo functions and general understanding of the broader CPG landscape.
Expertise in GIS and routing tools, database tools, MS Excel.
Ability to lead and influence internally & externally, across divisions and functions - at all levels of the organizatio
Ability to understand complex business drivers, develop metrics, analyze and implement improvements
Strong communication skills, written and oral
