Role:
We are looking for a Sr. Manager - Retention & Renewals to join us at ElevateNow
Location: Delhi
Responsibilities * Retention and Renewals
- Manage retention and renewals of member patients on the program
- Engage in conversations to understand patient behavior and core issues
- Leverage data to ensure accurate projections of retention rates and monitor at-risk trends
- Apply a data-driven approach to improving metrics
- Team Management
- Manage 2-3 analysts/program managers to improve program engagement
- Lead team to employ creative strategies for churn mitigation, improved retention rates, and re-engaging canceling customers
- Propose customer retention solutions and train specific stakeholders to implement it
- Work closely with product, coaching operations team and sales team to drive retention and renewals
- Other High-paced projects
- Continue to support other strategic like setting-up analytics dashboard, IVR, targets etc.
- 1-3 years of experience with a high paced start-up or tier-1 consulting firm
- Prior experience in a consumer facing role/ project
- Tier-1 school (IITs or others)
- Analytics & an Eye for detail
- Good communication and articulation skills
CTC: 25-30 LPA (All Inclusive)
