Purpose of the Role
To Implement and drive Spares sales strategy of the Region through Service & Retail network and process implementation in order to achieve desired Parts Sales , Consumption , Penetration and Channel Partner profitability within company policy and management guidelines

Internal:
SPD HQ - Sales,
BTST,
Warehousing & Logistics ,
Technical cell
Field Team - RCCM, CCM , RSPMM - Promotion of Parts Retails
CX Team - Customer complaint resolution,
IT- IT related support & initiatives
External:
Channel Partners - Sales & Schemes Promotion, Target achievements, process adherence ,Network development ,Training and Manpower Assessment.
Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile)
• Work Experience : Minimum - 5 years, Maximum -10 years.

Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, CRM
Other Skills:
Strategic Thinking- short and long term planning
Analytical skill -Capability to analyse data, identify trends and proactively takes decisions.
Comfortable to handle fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Collaboration - Strong team player.
Financial Management - Working capital , P&L statement of CPs
