Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced
Senior Manager / Segment Lead - Residential Property Sales
who will build and handle this new vertical independently. The ideal candidate must have strong sales leadership, domain knowledge, and the ability to create and manage a team while handling complete operations of this segment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and Lead the Residential Sales Segment
Develop sales strategy, roadmap, and execution plan
Identify market gaps, customer needs, and competitor positioning
Establish processes and performance benchmarks
Team Creation & Leadership
Hire, mentor, and manage a dedicated residential sales team
Monitor targets, create incentives, and ensure team performance
Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews
Sales Execution & Client Interaction
Manage end-to-end residential sales cycle--from enquiries to closures
Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations
Maintain strong relationships with developers and customers
Business Development & Partner Management
Build partnerships with residential developers
Evaluate inventory, manage listings, and coordinate project onboarding
Work with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation
Reporting, Operations & Compliance
Prepare sales reports, MIS dashboards, and revenue forecasts
Ensure documentation accuracy and strong after-sales support
Maintain smooth operational flow across the segment
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in residential property sales
Strong understanding of Bangalore residential market trends
Proven track record of closing high-value deals
Leadership experience with ability to build/manage a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
