Change and Release enablement govern, support and supervise changes and releases to pre-production and production. Work with Corp. Eng. Vendors, capability Tech leads, DevSecOps squads and central change teams to ensure adherence to change process, policies and procedures are adhered. Work with capability tech leads during service transition to ensure smooth hand over into operations. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimise process to ensure changes and releases can get done quickly and safely.Tech Profile/Essential Skills

  • Experience in Change and Release Enablement, leading / supporting technology within a dependent and operational environment. Desire to tackle dependent issues/problems for continuous service improvement. Understanding / exposure to relevant technologies, IT controls and governance.
  • Lead Agile Release Trains across Corporate Engineering for flawless releases.
  • Lead and chair change and release cadences and refine and mature the practices.
  • Measure industry outstanding metrics for change and release and continually improve the practices.
  • Chair CAB and Fitness for launch release calls for Go/No decision along with Business and Tech. leaders.
  • Leadership skills, matrix management, service management, change, ITIL, Agile and DevSecOps practices.
  • Enable change and release practice towards Agile and DevSecOps ways of working.
  • Proven experience managing teams within dependent matrix environment.
  • Skilled and experienced problem-solving. Senior management. Ability to breakdown silos both inside and outside organisation. Be able to shift opinion and use influence over positional power.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • proven experience in Change and Release Enablement governance
Education and Professional Skills
  • Professional qualification.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable)
  • Solid English reading/writing capability required.
  • ITIL 4, Agile Related Certifications and trainings are required.
  • Curious about new technologies and tools, design thinking and initiative taking.
  • Partnership and interpersonal are a must.
  • Experience in the Finance industry or knowledge of financial products is a huge plus

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Ensures change processes well detailed, kept up to date and improved inline with Global change process.
  • Ensures team is suggesting Corp engineering Capabilities through effective, timely and safe production changes.
  • Focus on balancing efficiency, throughput, compliance and risk control for all changes in defined scope.
  • Oversight of change and release schedule.
  • Leads improvements to change through advocating good practices, change optimisation, reducing bureaucracy, support high velocity change / agile.
  • Ensures right tools, training, support is in place for teams success.
  • Leading a small team members with dotted line resources (matrix management), 3rd party partners and contractor alignment.
  • Ensuring successful convergence Corp engineering Change Enablement while seeking ways to improve including speed, automation, good practice, small changes etc.
  • Lead release cadences in Agile ways of working.
  • Resolve dependencies across teams for release planning and implementation.
  • Drive continual service improvements for change and release practices.
