Responsibilities
Lead and manage the R&D team to develop new products and improve existing formulations.
Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and consumer needs.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product launches.
Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Qualifications
Master's or PhD degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in R&D within the beverage or FMCG industry.
Proven track record of leading successful product development projects.
Strong knowledge of beverage formulation, processing technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
