Role: Senior Manager - R&D
Experience : 10 - 15 Years
Location : Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:

• To develop new semisynthetic & neat MWF products based on business needs and feedback received from time to time.
• To upgrade product formulations to improve their performance meeting the changing needs
• To drive the cost reduction programmes by exploring alternate raw materials and blend optimisations
• New raw materials identification and new vendor development to improve the business profitability
• All projects to be driven thru RDnL software
• HSSE commitments
• To assess product HSSE needs and to improve compliance
• To study and explore more environment friendly raw materials as a replacement to existing RMs
• Condition Monitoring Services
• - Recommendations to improve service life
• Provide Trend analysis
• Improve response time continuously
• Competitor sample analysis and providing comparative reports/ recommendations
• Periodic RM evaluations and their quality review
• Responsible for calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Quality System 9001 commitments
• Follow all applicable Procedures and Work Instructions so as to comply with the Grodal quality manual system.
• Update all the Product MSDS and TDS
• Performs any other work assignments as directed by Head - R& D Lubricants
