This position offers a high level of visibility with Senior Client Finance Stakeholders and requires good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client situations/scenarios and provide quick solutions. Sound understanding of accounting concepts, processes and key controls, policies, reporting and budgeting principles. The individual should have worked in one of more of the following industries - retail or manufacturing. Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle/ Cloud ERPs is preferable.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of ~15 R2R professionals responsible for delivering financial services to the client.*
Support Oracle ERP implementation project including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and business readiness planning.*
Collaborate with client and project teams to ensure successful transition and go-live of new system.*
Support change management and training needs for the team during the ERP migration.*
Oversee all R2R activities including Fixed Asset, Inter Co., Reconciliation, External / Financial/Tax Reporting, Inventory/Payroll/Legal Entity Accounting, GL, Month-End/Quarter-End/Year-End Close*
Ensure accurate and timely closing of books and reporting within the defined timelines.*
Act as the primary point of contact for the client for all R2R-related matters.*
Ensure client satisfaction by proactively managing deliverables, issues, and change requests.*
Provide regular updates to the client on performance metrics, process improvements, and risk mitigation*
Drive performance metrics and ensure strict adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs.*
Conduct regular governance meetings with internal stakeholders and client leadership.*
Drive root cause analysis and action planning for SLA misses and process exceptions.*
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.*
Ensure all R2R processes are documented and standardized across the team.*
Maintain a strong control environment and support internal and external audits.*
Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.*
Relevant years in finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing R2R teams in a global delivery model.*
Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience with US-based clients, preferably in the Semiconductor or manufacturing sector.*
Proven experience in client-facing roles with high accountability for SLA/KPI delivery.*
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, preferably Oracle Fusion; involvement in ERP transformations is a strong plus.*
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.*
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements and manage complex deliverables.*
Experience in Advance MS Excel and PowerPoint*
Individuals having valid US B1 visa preferred.*

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.*
Experience in shared services or BPO environments.*
Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.*
Exposure to global payroll accounting and tax reporting standards.*
