We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager - Quality to lead and
enhance the quality systems within our jewelry manufacturing operations. The ideal
candidate should bring strong technical expertise, deep industry knowledge, and proven
experience in managing end-to-end quality processes in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Quality Department to ensure all products meet company and client standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control and quality assurance systems across all departments.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Plan and execute internal audits, vendor audits, and process audits.
Review and analyze quality data, identify root causes, and implement & preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure strict adherence to quality processes across manufacturing stages--casting, polishing, setting, assembly, finishing, etc.
Work closely with production, design, and operations teams to improve product quality.
Establish and update SOPs, quality manuals, and documentation.
Manage client complaints, conduct investigations, and provide timely resolutions.
Train and mentor, the quality team to improve technical and analytical skills.
Work efficiently within a B2B jewelry business model, ensuring timely quality approvals and dispatches.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
Expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) methodologies.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing principles (preferred).
Hands-on experience with various quality audits (internal, external, process, product, vendor).
Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of B2B operations, client quality standards, and vendor management.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
Additional Requirements
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.
Good knowledge of ISO or other relevant quality standards (preferred).
