I. JOB DETAILS
Job Title
Senior Manager (PSU Sales) - Sales & Marketing
Reporting Supervisor
Head - Sales & Marketing
II. JOB PURPOSE
To achieve revenue targets for PSU channel through timely planning and execution of agreed plans.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities

  • To achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Managing team of 3 PSU Sales Team members.
  • To devise monthly and yearly plans & review the progress.
  • To develop good relationships with senior PSU & Govt institutions 'contacts to drive business growth.
  • To project monthly revenue and to create bridge plan for any deficit at any unit.
  • To manage PSU Sales Team at units and drive them towards organizational goals.
  • Analyses market trends and utilize market intelligence to drive innovation.
  • To build and utilize business network for generating new business.
  • Build and sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring their specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
  • To ensure timely collection for the credit sales.
  • To prepare daily MIS relates to PSU channel
  • To demonstrate relations with internal clinicians
  • To track the 'sales peoples' performance on daily basis with various MIS tools
  • To provide data linked feedback to the sales team.
  • To make periodic business reports on daily output and further plan of actions and strategies.
  • To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies & practices.
  • To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective areas.
  • To build relationship with PSU's referred authorities.
  • To demonstrate complete knowledge about product, area and competitors.
  • To make sales calls to medical professionals and institutions.
  • To track the 'doctors' performance over a period of time.
  • To provide market linked feedback to the marketing team.
  • To make periodic business reports on daily output and further plan of actions and strategies.
  • To settle bills on E-Prapti.
  • Collect payment as well as bill details from PSU.
  • To Participate of key Doctors in MAX CME's as well as participating in key CME's organized by target segment Doctors.
  • To achieve the target revenue from the assign territory intern and inter department.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate (Preferred MBA / PG in Sales & Marketing)
Experience
15-20 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in healthcare industry else in an organization of relevance & repute
