Inviting applications for the role of

Senior Manager, Proposal QA

In this role,

As a Proposal QA, you will be responsible to ensure every proposal (RFP/RFI responses, decks, and submission packages) meets ASGN's standards for accuracy, compliance, brand consistency, and on-time delivery. This role partners with Proposal Writers, Proposal Analysts, Sales Enablement, and SMEs to run structured QA checks, enforce templates and style guides, and continuously improve the end-to-end proposal process. The Proposal QA also maintains checklists, conducts pre-flight reviews, and drives corrective actions and training to lift win rates and reduce rework.

Responsibilities

Quality Standards & Checklists: Own proposal QA checklists covering compliance (RFP requirements), brand guidelines, data accuracy, and formatting; keep templates and style guides current.

Flight Reviews: Conduct structured reviews at kick

off, draft, and final stages; validate section completeness, citations, pricing tables, and attachments; flag risks early.

Compliance & Documentation: Coordinate completion of vendor onboarding forms; confirm consistency across all documents.

Content Integrity: Verify facts, credentials, case studies, and customer references; ensure approved boilerplates are used and updated.

Formatting & Brand Consistency: Enforce templates (deck and document), styles, accessibility, readability, and visual standards; partner with design for layout issues.

SLA & Intake Alignment: Track QA tasks against proposal SLAs and intake cases; ensure deliverables meet timelines and pass gate checks

Continuous Improvement: Partner with the Proposal Data Analyst to drive root

cause analysis on defects; document playbooks, SOPs, and QA best practices; maintain a reusable QA toolkit.

Tools & Repositories: Maintain the proposal content library and QA artifacts (templates, checklists, macros); collaborate in Teams/SharePoint to ensure single

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Good years in proposal management, quality assurance, technical writing, or sales enablement.

Demonstrated experience in RFP/RFI submissions & proposals

Strong command of style guides, accessibility standards, and brand governance.

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); collaboration tools (Teams/SharePoint);

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and cross

functional communication skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience partnering with Proposal Analysts on dashboards and quality metrics; ability to interpret data trends and recommend improvements.
