Position Purpose



The Senior Manager - Projects will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering all QSR outlet, base kitchen, office, and renovation projects within defined budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The role also includes overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Management



Plan, design, and execute new outlet rollouts, base kitchens, offices, and renovation projects aligned with business expansion plans. Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure adherence to approved budgets, timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety standards. Oversee procurement of equipment, materials, and furnishings as per approved specifications. Develop and standardize outlet designs, layouts, and technical specifications to support scalability and consistency.

2. Team & Vendor Management



Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project engineers, site supervisors, and maintenance personnel. Identify, onboard, and manage contractors and vendors for projects and maintenance activities. Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and deliverables.

3. Maintenance, Compliance & Safety



Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including building codes, fire safety, and environmental norms. Implement and monitor safety protocols across project sites and operational locations.

4. Strategic & Process Improvement Initiatives



Support business expansion through feasibility studies, project costing, and capex planning for new outlets. Drive adoption of technology-enabled solutions such as CAFM systems or IoT-based maintenance tracking tools. Continuously review and improve processes to optimize costs, enhance efficiency, and improve turnaround times.

Essential Qualifications & Experience



Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience:

15-20 years of experience in Projects and Facilities Management. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-location projects. Experience in QSR, FMCG, Retail, or Hospitality industries preferred.

Proven experience in managing multi-location rollout projects and large-scale facilities. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills. Excellent project planning, execution, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
