We are looking candidate for Hyderabad & Chennai locations



We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager with expertise in Chiller installations and Chiller Plant Management (CPM) to oversee and manage HVAC-related projects, especially those involving chiller systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of HVAC installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting with a focus on chillers and cooling systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10 to 15 years of experience in HVAC project management or a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in chiller installation and chiller plant management (CPM).

Strong knowledge of chiller systems, including centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating chillers, as well as associated cooling systems.

Experience in Chiller Plant operations, including energy management, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

In-depth understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, local building codes).

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for HVAC and chiller systems.
