Job Description

His Key Responsibilities would be

• Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee the collection, storage, and management of critical data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements, and develop data models and reports.
• Lead data analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Develop and manage management presentations (PPTs) for executive meetings, board presentations, and other strategic communications.

• Develop and implement business plan based on annual target set for BB channel
• Support in preparation of for Management presentations & manage ad-hoc data requirements
• Conceptualize, design and improve Templates for New Dashboards/ Reports along with key stakeholders for Performance Management & Ensure timely and effective Performance Management Analytics
• Understanding data/report needs of Sales Channels and key Strategic Initiatives
• Data analytics for management support and decision making through early warning signals/lead indicator reports
• Collaborate with PD Team on contest and payout designs

• Competition analysis planning to maximize market share

• All visibility related initiatives - Campaign EDMs, highlighting performers, other initiatives highlights etc

• Consistency & Timeliness as per schedule for Dashboard publishing
• Quality of Dashboards / reports conceptualized under Performance framework

• Head - Account Management, Sales Promotion & Strategic Planning Delivery
