FLAIR is looking for a dynamic and young person for the role of SENIOR MANAGER - PROGRAMMES AND DEVELOPMENT at its RANCHI office. The role requires presentation, networking, personnel management, financial planning and monitoring, development project management and marketing skills. This is an All India position and requires travelling. The candidate should be well versed in English and Hindi. Knowledge of more Indian languages will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties
SENIOR MANAGER - PROGRAMMES AND DEVELOPMENT will be responsible for coordinating and networking with Education Institutions, Corporate Offices, Vendors, Consultants for getting appointments for presentation of FLAIR's products and services (Books, Workbooks, Training, Adventure Camps and Mental Health Services). He/She will coordinate and fulfill the tasks and targets of blogs, education videos, Online Educational Sessions through coordination with the Technical Team and Vendors/Consultants of FLAIR. He/She will be responsible for managing the development projects of FLAIR. This role requires financial management and human resource management of the projects that he/she will manage. He/She will be given proper training of 15 days at the start of work.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Essential Qualification:
Post - Graduation in Social Work/Rural Management/Marketing/Communication/English and at least 3 years of proven track record in marketing of education and health products and services.
Essential Skills:
The candidate should be fluent in English and be diligent and highly organised. The candidate should have excellent PR skills. The candidate should know to work on basic pamphlet, leaflet, brochure and poster design. The candidate should have proven track record of managing developmental projects.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge and Data of education service providers.
