Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Develop and align Master Project and Scope Plan with cross-functional teams (CFT). Track program gateways, identify and manage critical paths and activities, allocate resources, and report status to leadership. Prepare, approve, monitor, and track budget, costs, quality, and delivery. Report status periodically. Assess and mitigate program risks in collaboration with senior members and stakeholders. Manage and approve Scope/Cost/Time changes, ensuring compliance with Change management processes. Prepare program MIS for senior management review as needed. Oversee program documentation and key deliverables from concept to launch. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, Finance, etc.).

Expertise in Project Management and Product Development processes Extensive experience with automotive technology, including Electric Vehicle systems Proficiency in Project Budgeting and Product Costing Strong skills in Risk Management Familiarity with Quality Processes (Stage Gate process and Deliverables) Experience in creating project plans using MS Project Competency in Management Information Systems (issue/risk tracking and reporting) Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
