Role: Senior Manager - Production Support

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Location: Chennai

Technical

Production environment support, monitoring & troubleshooting. Hands-on experience in L1/L2/L3 production support in a sizable installation. Incident / Problem Management. Change and Release Management Capacity Management - Production Incident troubleshooting. Problem Solving & Analytics. Prod / NDR / DR etc. all setups. Co-ordination with all internal teams (Including Business users). Release deployment support. MIS reporting Software Testing from Operations perspective.

Required Skills

Oracle queries skillsets Knowledge of Linux based OS concepts, IPC, Linux commands, Java/C, Shell Scripting. Additional SQL-Server DBA, Weblogic skillset if known is good-to-have. Exposure to major deployment and migration projects. Finance domain knowledge or BFSI (desired). Knowledge of complete Maintenance and Operations. Expertise in application monitoring concepts and Tools. ITIL process understanding & Incident / Problem Management using internal tool. Knowledge of various automation tool (ITRS, Service NOW, Control M etc) Leadership Skills
