Sr. Manager Production (PS, PC & Phosphating)
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: ₹12,00,000 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and manage Phosphating, Painting, Powder Coating, and Finishing operations (Domestic only), FG store, RM store, and Dispatch.
Supervise all production processes and achieve daily production targets for bikes.
Monitor and analyze production data, identify defects, and communicate with departments for rejection reduction.
Implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for continuous improvement.
Monitor all paint shop parameters and P.T. line water quality.
Oversee complete painting process including air pressure, paint pressure, and delivery control.
Manage unloading process and control paint shop operations.
Monitor all processes and provide support for further improvement.
Drive cycle time reduction initiatives for improved value addition.
Provide training to supervisors and operators for skill development.
Maintain 5S standards across all designated areas of the organization.
Ensure operational excellence and encourage staff participation in quality circles and Kaizens.
Handle documentation, compliance checks, and record maintenance.
Analyze and reduce consumable usage in the department.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and Human Life protocols.
Manage RM, Dispatch, and Maintenance (HOD will report to him).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production preferred).
10+ years of experience in production management in automobile/manufacturing industry.
Expertise in Phosphating, Painting, Powder Coating, and Finishing processes.
Strong knowledge of CAPA, 5S, Kaizen, and Quality Circle methodologies.
Experience in managing production teams, supervisors, and operators.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance standards.
