Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
2. Capacity Planning: Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to maximize efficiency.
3. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize material planning.
4. Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
5. Team Management: Lead and mentor production planning team members, providing guidance and support.
6. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement improvements.
7. Quality Control: Ensure production processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in production planning and management.
3. Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
