+ Collaborating with Project Team for Delivery of Product Variants & its GTM Strategy Stake holder Management : Collaborating with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Component Development, Rest Product Planning, Country Sales & After Sales Teams
Establishment of Product Value in Target Countries through various product management techniques
Working with CFT on Variant Rationalization for Relevant Geographies
Techno-commercial Evaluation of Value Engineering, Standardization proposals
Experience
10+ years of experience in automobile preferably tractor industry
Industry Preferred
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, result oriented, Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Agricultural, or related)
