Key Responsibilities and skills of the Role:

• Contract Management: Oversee and manage contracts for both direct and indirect purchases, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and timely execution.

• Cost Settlement: Handle cost settlement processes for fabricated and mechanical items, as well as for direct and indirect procurement categories.

• Technical Expertise: Possess strong process knowledge of mechanical components, electrical systems, and fabricated assemblies to support technical evaluations and sourcing decisions.

• Procurement Optimization: Drive procurement efficiency through strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Audit Compliance: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal and external audits related to procurement and supply chain activities.

• Supplier Qualification & Evaluation: Lead the qualification, evaluation, and performance monitoring of suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with company standards.

Negotiation & Supplier Management: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of mechanical processes and strong negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships and secure favorable terms.
