You'll own the storytelling, clarity and creative energy that connects classroom practice to teacher motivation, product adoption and measurable impact -- shaping how thousands of young learners and their teachers experience entrepreneurial learning. This role blends curriculum communication, impact storytelling, product launch & UX messaging, and high-impact brand campaigns. If you love crisp copy, visual-first narratives, data turned into human stories, and launching teacher-facing products that people actually use -- this is for you.


You will be the voice and creative engine for Udhyam Shiksha's curriculum, teacher engagement, impact reporting, product launches (including our AI chatbot), and Central MarCom campaigns. You'll translate curriculum quality into teacher-facing nudges and stories, turn impact data into persuasive narratives and dashboards, and partner with Product to create humane, responsible UX copy and launch comms. You'll lead ideation through execution: scripts, short videos, social, print, WhatsApp kits, dashboards, case-study decks and the Annual Impact Report.

Key responsibilities

Central MarCom & Brand



Lead quarterly 360 marketing campaign conception and execution to drive visibility and mission advocacy. Own content curation for the Central Annual Report; coordinate design & approvals. Conceptualize, produce and disseminate brand videos and video bank assets. Keep brand collaterals (brochures, fact sheets, media kits, video banks) updated and brand-compliant. Build and manage strategic brand partnerships and collaborations to amplify Udhyam's mission. Support communications for key central events (concept content delivery).

Curriculum & Teacher Engagement



Own communications for curriculum updates: coordinate with the agency to revise workbooks, manuals and trainer kits as curriculum evolves (messaging architecture / north-star integration). Develop the

Curriculum Communication Lens SOP

guiding module reviews (tone, readability, brand voice). Review all Grade 9 / 11 / 12 materials for tone, clarity and pedagogy-friendly language. Build a curriculum-aligned

visual library

(icons, reflection visuals, graphics). Design

10 high-quality teacher nudges

(short videos, poster sets, reflection cards) for classroom practice. Produce a monthly

Teacher Spotlight

series (short video + social + internal comms). Create a teacher facilitation communication kit (visuals + tone guide) for the curriculum team. Produce a "

Monitoring & Evaluation -- Impact Communications



Co-develop the

Data Story Dissemination

pipeline for program teams. Write the

with sample dashboards and visualization templates. Build & maintain a repository of key impact metrics and baseline visuals for Udhyam Shiksha. Design quarterly

templates and launch visual posts that summarize data + story. Lead the Annual Impact Report content curation, narrative and design coordination. Curate

for leadership and partners. Partner with product/ops on dashboard UX refreshes with a storytelling lens.

Product & UX Communications



Co-create the

MarCom x Product Communication Playbook

(tone, voice, messaging, visuals). Define

UX writing & storytelling guidelines

for the AI chatbot, teacher dashboards and mobile apps. Review product journeys for clarity and user empathy; design in-product nudges, walkthroughs and explainer videos. Co-lead launch campaigns for new tools (AI chatbot, dashboards): campaign concept assets adoption kits (print + WhatsApp). Craft the

AI Bot Positioning Narrative

-- why our AI is responsible, human and inclusive -- and prepare internal comms toolkits (FAQs, ethical guardrails). Support Product with AI validation materials (sample copy, user stories and testimonials).

Required experience & qualifications

6-12 years in marketing/communications (preferably 4+ years in education, EdTech, or NGO sector). Proven experience producing curriculum or teacher-facing content, product launch comms, and impact reports. Strong portfolio: written samples (long and short form), visual assets, videos, campaign case studies and at least two data-driven storytelling pieces (e.g., impact summaries, dashboards, report chapters). Degree in Communications / English / Journalism / Marketing / Design or equivalent.

Must Have Skills

Exceptional copywriting, story crafting, and editorial instincts Strong creative conceptualization, visual sense, ability to think out of the box and constantly challenge the status quo. Strong production management experience with design partners; Basic Canva experience would be an added advantage. Strong project management: brief creation, timelines, stakeholder management and quality checks. String people skills, comfortable with cross team collaboration * Strong data presentation viz skills (PowerPoint, Google Sheets)
