The Data Integrity and Computer System Validation (CSV) team, part of BMS\xe2\x80\x99 Global Manufacturing IT organization, is seeking an IT Compliance Engineering to meet evolving and growing needs for IT/Compliance across the company\xe2\x80\x99s manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will apply their compliance/validation skills to validate manufacturing and laboratory systems to support BMS\xe2\x80\x99 worldwide manufacturing operations directly.

Key Responsibilities

Providing solutions in SAP Ariba Source to Pay area by using the SAP Ariba Supplier LifeCycle Performance, Sourcing, Contract, Buying and Invoicing, Business Network, CIG as well as related bolt-on, related tools, AWS, python, MSSQL and integrations tools.

Part of the team that produces the deliverables as specified by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support the Finance requirements globally.

Accountable for overall delivery of projects on time and on budget, adhering to high-quality development principles

Recruit and lead a team to deliver on SAP Ariba and Icertis projects, enhancements, and upgrades. Motivate team to perform in line with BMS objectives through coaching and mentorship

Provide oversight and guidance to project teams and team members applications.

Absorb new ideas and drive continuous improvement for operations and design of processes.

Build strong inter-personal relationships with peers, IT Business partners, Business, and other key stakeholders to help with the smooth implementation of new applications/capabilities and technologies.

Manage stakeholder communications for projects.

Develops self and others through training and project work assignments.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience. Masters a plus.

At least 10+ years of experience implementing projects in SAP Ariba Supplier LifeCycle Performance, Sourcing, Contract, Buying and Invoicing, Business Network, CIG with two full cycle SAP Ariba implementations. Experience in other areas such as Accounts Receivables and Payables, Project Accounting, Business consolidation is a plus.

Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus.

7+ years of technical leadership experience and managing a team

Strong understanding of Procurement business processes and Supplier master data

Knowledge of integration of S/4HANA Procurement, Veeva

Able to effectively translate business requirements to a solution using the SAP Ariba Source to Pay system, bolt-ons, AWS and related tools.

Experience implementing SAP Ariba interfaces in an FDA and GxP regulated environment.

Experience managing projects or components of large projects.

Able to deal with ambiguity in problem definition and organizational relationships. Experience working in a matrix organization.

Able to manage work across virtual teams.

Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities.

Able to influence Associate Director / Director level with oral and written presentations.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrates openness to learning new skills and helping others to raise their \xe2\x80\x9ctechnology quotient\xe2\x80\x9d

Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team. Leads in analyzing current states, delivering strong recommendations that are actionable

Ability to direct multiple activities and projects at once and prepare for a pipeline of demand
