RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016 . Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019. We have a team of highly skilled technology and finance professionals, and are currently looking for highly motivated field experts to be part of our high-energy team. Responsibilities: - Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual communication narratives aligned with business objectives and target audience needs. - Define and execute a roadmap for PR and corporate communication strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the finance/stock broking/insurance/MF/loan sectors. - Clearly articulate the product, brand, and business vision for relevant target groups (TGs) to leverage multi-media platforms effectively. - Lead media relations efforts across online and traditional media channels, fostering positive relationships and enhancing brand visibility. - Develop thought leadership initiatives for all three founders, identifying strategic pillars and opportunities for industry influence. - Design and implement an annual media strategy and execution plan, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends to optimize outreach efforts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, compliance, and product development to ensure cohesive communication strategies. - Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on communication matters, including crisis management and reputation protection. Requirement: - Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Mass Media, or related field Master\'s degree preferred. - 10+ years of experience in strategic communication roles within the finance/fintech industry, with a focus on broking, AMCs, or exchanges. - In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing finance, stock broking, insurance, mutual funds, and loans. - Proven track record in strategic communication planning and execution, with a strong understanding of media relations across online and traditional platforms. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform communication strategies. - Experience in content creation within the finance domain is a plus. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Psst tips on how you can beat the competition: If you can showcase your abilities to: .Be self-driven / quick starter .Have an ownership mindset .Aggressively drive and deliver results If you fit the above description, we would love to connect with you!
