Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube
)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
DV360
Drive
customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS
for
D2C brands
.
Manage and scale high-budget campaigns with a strong focus on performance metrics.
Own end-to-end campaign strategy including audience targeting, creatives, bidding, and budget allocation.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using data.
Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve ad performance.
Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation (A/B testing, new formats, new audiences).
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
Prepare performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
Manage external agencies/vendors if required.
Required Skills & Expertise
4+ years
of experience in
Performance Marketing / Paid Media

Strong hands-on experience with:
Google Ads

Proven experience in handling
D2C brands

Strong understanding of:
Conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixels)
Funnel-based marketing strategies
Attribution models and performance measurement
Experience managing large budgets and optimizing for
ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into growth strategies.
Experience with
A/B testing,
audience segmentation
, and creative optimization.
Good to Have (Added Skills)
Experience with
App Marketing
(UAC, App Install & Engagement campaigns).
Knowledge of
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
and landing page optimization.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
