We're Hiring | Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Franchise Growth
Ghost Kitchens India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing professional (10+ years experience) to drive high-quality franchise leads for our growing portfolio of food brands.
Location: Andheri East, Marol (Work from Office)
Working: 6 days a week
CTC: ₹60,000 - ?70,000/month + performance incentives
Brands include (but not limited to):
Starboy Pizza | The Big Fat Monk | Speak Burgers | Wakka Makka | NewYorkWaffles | Dinges
What this role is about:
Generating serious, investment-ready franchise leads
Owning lead quality, quantity & conversions
Running performance campaigns across Meta & Google
Working closely with the franchise sales team
Communicating confidently with prospective partners
Who should apply:
10+ years in performance marketing / lead generation
Experience in franchise, real estate, or high-ticket sales marketing
Strong analytical + communication skills
Comfortable working full-time from office
This is a results-first role -- no vanity metrics, only real business impact.
