The ideal candidate will specialize in managing and optimizing digital campaigns on Email and Social Media (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp) and will have an in depth knowledge of programmatic native ads and affiliate marketing. In this role, you along with your team will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. Your expertise in leveraging these platforms will be essential in reaching our target audience and maximizing our online presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven, and possesses a deep understanding of digital advertising trends and best practices, CRM and marketing automation platforms At the Nudge your responsibilities will include: Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to align campaign objectives with overall marketing initiatives. Develop and implement comprehensive digital campaign strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Conduct in-depth target audience research and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities for campaign success. Work closely with the SEO team to ensure campaigns are optimized for search engines and drive organic traffic to our website. Campaign Management: Manage the execution of end-to-end digital campaigns - campaign setup, budget allocation, keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the design team and content creators, to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences. Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms to create personalized campaigns, nurture leads, and improve overall customer experience. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance, including ad variations, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Budget Management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of funds to maximize campaign reach and performance. Monitor spending, track expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and ROI. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and more) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, trends, and optimization strategies to the marketing team and key stakeholders. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in digital advertising, particularly on LinkedIn and Google Ads. Share insights and recommendations with the team to optimize overall marketing strategies and tactics. Apply if you have: Bachelor\'s with an extensive Digital Marketing Campaign experience( Master\'s degree in Marketing and advertising is a plus) 8-12 years of overall work experience. At least 5 years of experience as a Digital Campaign Manager or in a similar role, specializing in LinkedIn and Google Ads.(certifications in the same are a plus) Experience as a people manager/team leader Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in campaign tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Analytics. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
