Job Description

Location: Mumbai, Gurgaon

Looking out for professional from consulting, manufacturing or FMCG background with 5+ years of experience in delivering projects on restructuring, performance improvement, cost reduction, process re-engineering etc.

You will be responsible for advising organizations on turnaround/distress as well as operational restructuring management.

Responsibilities -

1) Managing projects pertaining to strategy, operations, business planning, cost reduction, supply chain management, process re-engineering.

2) Overseeing the project delivery.

3) Managing the internal as well as external stakeholders.

4) Managing the internal as well as external communication.

Requirements -

1) Post-Graduation from IIM/ISB/NITIE with atleast 5 years of consulting experience with FMCG, pharmaceutical, automotive clientele or experience working with a renowned corporate from the mentioned industries.

2) Excellent communication and people management skills.

3) Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
