A Perform CoE Coach will be a part of a central capability of coaches and productivity leads in Standard Chartered GBS. The individual will be responsible to drive strategic programs on productivity within Business Units and implement the productivity frameworks, and effectively collaborate across businesses to meet program objectives.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities
Leverage workforce management principles and foundations to drive efficiency programs and outcomes
Train and coach assigned team managers on the strategic programs' learning content, including weekly classroom - based training sessions
Analyse, explain and maintain the accuracy of performance data for assigned teams using program tooling and methodologies
Sustain and champion the programme methodology after deployment, by checking and challenging efficiency plans and acting as an SME in future cohorts
Enable a culture of high performance that is highly collaborative and focussed on continuous learning & improvement.
Apply your strengths in coaching, mentoring, advising, designing solutions through thought leadership across key organisational agility enablers
Be a change agent for transformation efforts that the team would drive across the bank
Bring consultative practices and acumen to problem solve and partner with business on key strategic imperatives
Skills and Requirements
Looking for a candidate with 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting / Change Management/ Operational Excellence/ Process improvement/ Workspace consulting / Workforce Management
Banking / Global Business Services domain knowledge and experience is good to have but not a necessity
Experience of running and managing similar initiatives
A strategic thinker, entrepreneurial, able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills - can spot trends and patterns in data to identify opportunities for productivity improvements
Experience using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and able to fluently communicate key data insights
Strong workshop planning and facilitation skills
Mature critical thinking and problem solving skills to find creative solutions to improve productivity within teams
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to effectively playback results, progress and blockers to key programme stakeholders
Strong agility in adapting to fast paced environments and capable of changing approach based on specific requirements.
