About the role

This person is responsible for Planning to Distribution Parts Management.

Responsibilities

Planning to Distribution Parts Management.

Planning : Analyze past sales and parts failure trends, current year and future equipment sales plans, collaborate with stakeholders in service , sales, finance etc. to finalize MSLs and overall inventory.

Procure : Communicate and schedule procurement of parts inventory in line with plan to make sure on time availability at mother hub.

Distribute : According to MSLs and day to day demands, end to end monitoring of parts replenishment from mother hub to branch hubs and further consumption and delivery to end customers.

Process Simplification, Standardization and Digitization for continuous improvement and productivity enhancement.

Overall Inventory to be optimized and rationalized.

KPIs :

1. Overall TAT from Demand to Delivery including procurement and distribution.

2. On Time fulfillment of parts and keep improving.
