Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and onboard relevant brands, aggregators, and strategic partners in the
luxury lifestyle, travel, shopping, and digital experience sectors
.
Develop and execute a structured outreach and engagement strategy to onboard high-value partners, including international brands and service providers.
Build and maintain a
global pipeline
of potential partners to expand our premium offerings.
2. International Partner Management
Develop and manage
relationships with international partners
to bring exclusive global deals and experiences to our customers.
Navigate cultural, legal, and commercial complexities in different markets to establish strong international alliances.
Ensure seamless collaboration across multiple time zones and geographies.
3. Commercial Negotiations & Deal Structuring
Lead commercial discussions to negotiate
favorable terms, revenue-sharing models, and exclusive deals
with both domestic and international partners.
Secure exclusive discounts, offers, and special deals that enhance our brand proposition.
Draft and finalize
international partnership agreements
in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
4. Partner Lifecycle Management
Own the end-to-end relationship management, from onboarding to contract renewals and performance evaluation.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure
seamless integration and execution
of partnerships.
Track key partnership KPIs and continuously optimize partner performance.
5. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
Identify new market opportunities and

Key Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience
in partnerships, alliances, or business development, with exposure to
international partner management
.
Strong
network of luxury brands, travel aggregators, and lifestyle service providers
, both domestic and international.
Proven track record in
negotiating high-value international deals
and managing cross-border partnerships.
Strong analytical skills to assess partnership performance and optimize for growth.

Experience in the travel, hospitality, luxury, retail sector is highly preferred.
