Role Overview
We are looking for a
Dynamic Sales Powerhouse
to scale the Zrooth ecosystem. Your mission is two-fold: bring the best
Corporate Partners
to the platform to provide projects and employment, and onboard
Colleges/Universities
to give their students access to our research and skill-building tools.
You must be a "Double-Sided Closer"--capable of pitching a talent-hiring ROI to a CEO and a student-placement advantage to a College Dean.
Key Responsibilities1. B2B: Corporate Acquisitions (The Demand Side)
Project Sourcing:
Pitch Zrooth to SMEs, Startups, and NGOs, convincing them to post real-world projects and hire candidates through our platform.
Corporate Partnerships:
Secure long-term tie-ups with HR Heads and Founders to use Zrooth as their primary talent-discovery and "Industry Insight" tool.
Value Rationale:
Articulate how our research tools and candidate-led projects reduce hiring risks and training costs for companies.
2. Institutional Tie-ups: Colleges & Universities (The Supply Side)
Institutional Onboarding:
Connect with Placement Officers, HODs, and Principals to integrate Zrooth into their campus ecosystem.
Student Enrollment:
Drive mass student registrations by demonstrating how the Zrooth Research Tool and Project Portal make them "Industry-Ready."
Workshops & Demos:
Conduct high-impact presentations for large student batches and faculty members.
3. Sales Metrics & Performance
Outreach Command:
Execute
40 outbound calls
and
30 personalized emails
daily to stakeholders (Corporate & Academic).
Rapid Response:
Maintain a
<15 minute
response time for inbound inquiries from colleges or companies.
Win Rates:
Convert
15% to 20%
of leads into platform demos. Achieve a
30% to 35% closure rate
(signed MoUs or Corporate contracts).
Who You Are (Candidate Profile)
Experienced Closer:
2-5 years of hardcore experience in EdTech sales, placement agency sales, or corporate training sales.
Hybrid Skill Set:
You can navigate a formal corporate boardroom and a busy college campus with equal ease and professionalism.
Research Savvy:
You understand the value of data and can explain how Zrooth's
Research Tool, Blogs, and Whitepapers
provide a competitive edge.
Local Network:
Strong existing connections with colleges in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai or a network of HR professionals is a massive advantage.
